ASVP Grant Investment Letter of Inquiry

Before completing a Letter of Inquiry, please review information regarding The Grant Investment Process.

To be considered for support, organizations should submit a letter of inquiry to the grant investment committee. This can be done in one of three formats:

1. Complete the Letter of Inquiry online form below and hit "Submit" - your Letter will be submitted directly to our Grant Investment Committee.
2. Download the in Word format (right click on the link and save a copy to your local computer system), complete it on your computer system, and email (or mail) it to us.
3. Download the Letter of Inquiry form in PDF format, complete it by hand and mail it to us. Coming soon!

For Word and hand-written documents, the letter should not exceed two pages in length, and have no attachments.

ASVP will acknowledge letters of inquiry within 10 business days and invite full proposals from a selected number of applicants.
