ASVP has more than doubled the number of partners and volunteers during its first year, bringing membership to 60 community members. The organization has donated nearly $400,000 in its first year, to Central Texas organizations providing education, as well as health and human services. The ASVP approach to community investment is part of a national trend that has received attention from both Austin-area and national media, including the Austin American-Statesman, Texas Monthly Biz, Red Herring, and most recently, Time Magazine.

ASVP Partners and other members of the organization are available to speak about this unique model at events throughout the Austin area:

• In community-based forums
